How to make the most out of your Slissie:

Step 1
Identify what your eating weakness is: Sweets in the car? Biscuits with coffee? The kids’ tea? Snacks with your evening wine?
Step 2
Whatever your key weakness, use Slissie instead for at least 21 days. Within a week you’ll see that your bad habit has changed and after 21 days you won’t even need your Slissie to help you.
Step 3
It’s okay to slip up! Your Slissie’s here to help. Just repeat when you need a boost, like after the holidays.
